The Prince and Princess of Wales made a glamorous appearance on the red carpet at Wednesday’s Royal Variety Performance.
Arriving at the Royal Albert Hall, the future Queen, 44, exchanged a warm look with her husband, who gently placed a hand on her back as they walked into the historic venue together.
Kate, 44, once again delivered flawless royal glamour in a stunning emerald velvet gown, perfectly suited to the festive season. She styled her sun-kissed brown hair in soft, polished waves, and her immaculate, camera-ready makeup completed the enchanting evening look.
This appearance marks Kate’s first time attending the annual show in two years — her last being in 2023. She was unable to take part last year as she was still recovering from cancer.
William and Kate will be in the audience on Wednesday night as the cast of Paddington The Musical takes to the stage at the Royal Albert Hall, alongside performances from pop star Jessie J and Grammy-winning singer Laufey.
The evening’s entertainment will also include a performance by English band Madness, as well as an appearance from actor and Celebrity Traitors star Sir Stephen Fry.
HELLO!’s royal reporter Alex Hurtado, who is attending the event, said: “The Prince and Princess of Wales were so in sync as they stepped out on the red carpet, both wearing velvet. William was incredibly supportive of his wife, gently placing his hand on her back as they walked inside. They were also very generous with their time, stopping to speak with attendees despite the freezing temperatures.”
